Key responsibilities
1. Sales Team Leadership and Development
- Recruit, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team and provide coaching and guidance.
2. Sales Strategy and Planning
Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company's strategic goals.Continuously assess market trends, customer needs, and competition to refine the sales strategy.3. Sales Pipeline Management
Manage and optimize the sales pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads.Monitor the progress of opportunities and guide the team in closing deals.4. Customer Relationship Management
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects.Act as a strategic advisor to clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.5. Sales Process Optimization
Implement and optimize sales processes and methodologies to improve efficiency.Identify areas for automation and technology enhancement to streamline sales operations.6. Sales Reporting and Analysis
Provide regular sales performance reports and insights to executive leadership.Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Qualifications
Graduate of any business-related courses.With at least 15-20 years of sales or business development experience with proven leadership capacity.Preferably, with experience in telco sales and with existing network of banking, FI and conglomerate clients.Candidate must be willing to report 100% on-site in BGC.#J-18808-Ljbffr
