This is a remote position.
Schedule :
- 20 hours per week
- Monday - Friday 9 am - 1 pm
- Client Timezone : Eastern Time (Washington DC)
Scope :
Working with Washington DC market focusHandle both inbound lead conversion and outbound prospecting activitiesWork with established AI technology, RingCentral phone system, and marketing automationCollaborate with external marketing agency while maintaining direct client relationshipsTarget both residential clients and commercial / property management accountsBuild and maintain relationships with service provider network across DC's four quadrantsProcess payments and coordinate service delivery logisticsResponsibilities :
Convert incoming leads from marketing campaigns and AI chatbot transfers into paying clientsHandle inbound phone calls and provide professional customer service to prospectsConduct cold calling and email outreach to apartment complexes, property management companies, and commercial accountsClose sales deals and process payments through the company's website platformAcquire and onboard professional service providers (cleaning companies, dog walkers, etc.) to join the marketplaceWork collaboratively with the existing marketing team to ensure seamless lead handoffsMaintain CRM records and follow up with prospects through the sales pipelineConduct outreach to property managers at individual properties within larger management companiesRequirements :
Strong communication skills with professional phone presenceStrong sales experience in cold calling, lead generation and closing sales is a mustExperience with cold calling and handling rejections / objectionsAbility to close deals and work through sales objectionsResilience and persistence in face of frequent rejectionsExperience working with CRM systems and sales processesAbility to work independently while collaborating with remote teamsIndependent Contractor Perks
