Job Description

Overview : We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager with a legal background to manage client consulting projects and ensure compliance with legal, contractual, and regulatory requirements. This role combines project leadership with legal and compliance oversight, ensuring deliverables are aligned with client objectives, organizational standards, and applicable laws. The ideal candidate has experience managing consulting projects while leveraging legal expertise to reduce risk and provide guidance on contracts, governance, and regulatory frameworks.
