JOB SUMMARY : Directs production, distribution, and marketing operations for branch plant, or assigned territory of industrial organization.
QUALIFICATIONS :
Graduate of any Bachelor's Degree
With at least five (5) years experience as a Sales Manager
With at least ten (10) years' experience as a Manager
Preferable with sales experience in water filtration, kitchen equipment or laundry machine
Knowledgeable in kitchen, laundry equipment, and air-conditioning
With experience in after-sales service, parts sales, managing targets, contract negotiation, inventory forecasting, and accounts receivable management
With good customer service, negotiation, and presentation skills
Goal oriented, good strategic planning, and organizing skills
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinates production, distribution, warehousing, and sales in accordance with policies, principles, and procedures established by Assistant Vice President - Sales
Cofers with customers and representatives of associated industries to evaluate and promote improved and expanded services in area
Develops plans for efficient use of materials, machines, and employees
Reviews production costs and product quality, and modifies production and inventory control programs to maintain and engance profitable operation of division
Reviews operations of competing organizations and plans and directs sales program to
develop new markets
Directs preparation of accounting records
Recommends budget to management
Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
