You will be instrumental in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive sales across our diverse portfolio of properties.

We are seeking a highly motivated individual who will :

• Source, Recruit and Maintain the required manpower; five (5) to seven (7) Property Specialists throughout the contract
• Lead, coach, and inspire a team of Real Estate Sales Agents.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and surpass sales targets.
• Foster strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Drive sales performance through effective training and motivation.
• Supervise sales team to ensure monthly, quarterly, semi-annual and annual sales target and deliverables are met
