This is a remote position.
Schedule :
- Eastern Time zone schedule, initially 9 am–6 pm for training period, with flexibility thereafter
- 40 hours per week
Responsibilities
Prepare and organize discussion threads and PowerPoint presentations for IT coursesCreate and format lecture notes and educational materialsResearch, curate, and organize links and educational videosManage content systems and embed videos into course platformsProofread scripts and educational content for accuracy and clarityMaintain comprehensive Excel tracking systems for school schedules and academic calendarsMonitor and update start dates, end dates, and break periods across multiple institutionsCreate course announcements and administrative communicationsImport and set up course content using provided syllabi as guidesPrepare and organize video content for educational deliveryHandle occasional personal administrative tasks and document organizationReview and quality-check AI-generated content to ensure accuracy and appropriatenessVerify that all links are functional and content makes logical senseScope :
Work directly with two educational consultants across multiple higher education partnershipsFocus on information technology course content and materialsNo phone-based client interaction requiredRemote work arrangement with potential MFA system access requirementsMonth-to-month arrangement with 90-day replacement guarantee periodRequirements :
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and OutlookExperience in a higher education environment preferredFamiliarity with information technology courses and conceptsStrong attention to detail and quality control mindsetAbility to work independently while maintaining high standardsUnderstanding of academic calendar structures and terminologyKnowledge of learning management systems and instructional design / course design processesWillingness to use AI tools as assistants while providing human oversight and verificationComfortable working with multiple institutional systems and requirementsPreferred Skills (Nice to Have) :
