We’re expanding our Operational Excellence team as we scale the way EXUS works and we’re looking for a talented  Operational Excellence Specialist  to help us elevate and evolve our operations. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on turning complexity into clarity, building scalable processes, and driving structured improvement .

As we grow, it’s essential that our processes, tools, and ways of working align with our strategic goals while fostering an environment where people can thrive, collaborate, and genuinely enjoy their work.

In this role, you will drive actions to analyze, optimize, and standardize cross-functional processes, ensuring we have sustainable, high-performing operational foundations. You’ll work closely with stakeholders across departments to identify inefficiencies, design and implement process improvements, and embed a culture of continuous learning and operational excellence.
