The Human Resources Head is responsible for providing overall leadership, strategic direction, and control of all human resources and organizational development functions. This role plays a key part in achieving the company’s short-term and long-term objectives by developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs. The position also ensures that all HR managers and staff are guided, motivated, and developed to perform their roles with excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with overall business goals and objectives.
Collaborate with senior management to forecast and plan long-term HR needs.
Establish comprehensive talent development programs, including succession planning and career development.
Manage employee relations and provide support in conflict resolution to maintain a positive workplace environment.
Design and oversee performance management systems, ensuring effective evaluation and feedback mechanisms.
Develop competitive compensation and benefits programs to attract and retain top talent.
Lead organizational change initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective communication.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies.
Champion Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) initiatives across the organization.
Utilize HR data and analytics to support decision-making and provide regular workforce insights.
Enhance employee engagement and satisfaction through surveys, feedback, and wellness programs.
Implement HR technology solutions to improve efficiency and streamline processes.
Manage the HR department budget, ensuring effective resource allocation.
Provide leadership and direction to the HR team, fostering collaboration and continuous professional growth.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree or HR certification preferred).
Minimum of 15–20 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
Proven expertise in HR strategy, talent management, organizational development, and labor compliance.
Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
Demonstrated success in leading organizational change and culture transformation.
Proficiency in HR analytics, systems, and technology platforms.
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism.
Ability to foster a diverse, inclusive, and high-performing workplace culture.
