Job descriptionBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 5+ years of recruiting experience 2+ years leading a talent acquisition team Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills Preferred : experience recruiting construction and property management positions Unlimited Paid Time Off Partner with Hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle and provide ongoing guidance Ensure recruiting guidelines are met and best practices are executed Manage relationships with recruitment agencies Provide regular status reports to stakeholders Drive recruitment best practices and initiatives Assist the graduate recruitment team as required 8+ years proven experience in IT recruitment, ideally with agency and in-house or RPO background Experience with graduate recruitment preferred Strong understanding of Technology and local Philippines market Strong communication skills and ability to engage stakeholders at all levels Strong planning and organization skills and ability to manage many requisitions independently Attention to detail; ability to work in fast-paced environment Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, HRM, or equivalent 2+ years in recruitment and selection Experience with interviews, reference checks, etc. Background in Psychometrics preferred Paid training 8 hour shift 13th month salary Bonus pay Plan, develop, manage and oversee talent acquisition and recruitment processes Investigate employee needs, develop hiring plans, design employer branding activities Lead and supervise recruiting team; use sourcing methods for hard-to-fill roles Attend career fairs; determine HR and recruiting KPIs; create KPI reports Conduct initial candidate interviews Earmark qualified candidates and coordinate with TA Admin Provide candidate feedback to hiring managers Maintain candidate records in the ATS At least 1 year experience in Call Center (BPO) or similar recruitment Strong interviewing, communication skills in English Proficiency in Zoho or similar ATS Health and transportation benefits 8 hour shift; 13th month salary Degree in Psychology, BSBA-HRDM, or related field 2-3 years recruitment or generalist experience Experience in Training, Project Management & HR Development Hybrid setup; some onsite Location : Mandaue City, Cebu
