Job Description

Qualifications :

• Graduate of bachelor’s degree.
• Must have 7-10 years’ experience in project management, including 1 year of recruiting experience in a multinational company would be advantageous.
• A track record of delivering transformational programs. Navigating complexity, working collaboratively across teams, functions, and preferably countries to drive results.
• Experience of designing and delivering new experiences. This includes understanding user needs and gathering insights and data.
• A flair for opportunity identification and creative ideation.
• A mindset to continually research, learn and test new innovations in recruitment and consumer experience.
• Work Arrangement : Virtual.
• Work Schedule : 2pm-10pm or 3pm-11pm; Monday-Friday (Afternoon shift).
