Responsibilities Handle incoming customer calls through an advanced computer-based phone system Schedule and coordinate HVAC service appointments for both residential and commercial clients Document detailed job information and maintain accurate customer records Manage customer inquiries related to heating and air conditioning services Input and maintain data in scheduling and accounting management systems Provide exceptional customer service while supporting field operations Requirements Reliable high-speed internet connection and computer / laptop setup Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone manner Detail-oriented approach to documentation and record-keeping Eagerness to learn company-specific scheduling and accounting software systems Ability to multitask in a fast-paced customer service environment Remote work experience preferred but not required
