What You’ll Do

• Consumer & Market Insights : Track consumer trends and competitive activities to spot growth opportunities. Identify bestsellers and underperforming SKUs, turning insights into action plans. Provide input on product strategy, pricing, and promotional activities.
• Launch & Campaign Support : Drive go-to-market readiness for seasonal launches and campaigns. Develop toolkits, training decks, and product briefs for sales and marketing teams. Act as the go-to expert during activations, events, and livestreams. Monitor stock levels and coordinate replenishment to avoid out-of-stock issues. Ensure merchandising and in-store displays meet brand standards. Track product lifecycle performance and recommend adjustments.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration : Partner with branding, sales, and supply chain teams to ensure flawless execution. Translate consumer insights into actionable recommendations for future innovations. Support business reviews with data and category performance reporting.

Job Description

This position is responsible for developing product and development strategies, coordinating with the sales personnel regarding the purchase requirement from their clients, and overseeing the product and development team in their daily activities.

Maintain accurate records of costings, samples and layouts for traceability.

In-charge in reviewing and approving RFQ and ensuring the correct costing, material component and consumption for supplier compliance are submitted on time.

In review of layouts by the graphic artists and ensuring that the layout complies with customer quality requirements.

Ensuring that all samples made by subordinates are thoroughly reviewed and submitted to clients on time.

Performs other duties as assigned by superior.
