1. Identify and develop new business opportunities locally.
2. Generate leads through research and partnerships.
3. Proactively participate in the exploration of business opportunities and the identification of new investment prospects in segments, such as but not limited to healthcare, transportation, renewable energy, information technology, retail, and automotive.
4. Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve company targets.
5. Coordinate and attend meetings and site visits with clients, government agencies, and consulting firms to cultivate productive relationships.
6. Prepare business proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals in line with the company's direction.
7. Analyze market trends and conduct desktop research.
8. Provide regular reports on business development activities.
9. Sustain relationships with existing local conglomerates and other relevant companies.
Graduate of Business Administration or Engineering Course.
Minimum 4 years of experience in business development and project management
(A) Investment Bank or PE Fund
(B) Consulting Firm - M&A Department
Preferably with experience in interacting with management or executives.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
