This is a remote position.

Schedule :

  • Mondays to Fridays, 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm, UK Time

Role Overview :

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Paid Media Buyer & Campaign Manager to lead and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the e-commerce sector, with a minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience.

This role requires proficiency in conversion tracking, Google Merchant Center feed management, GA4 Analytics, and the integration of video assets within Google Ads. A proactive approach to staying updated with platform changes and best practices is essential.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Paid Media Strategy & Execution
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive paid media strategies across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads to drive e-commerce sales and customer acquisition.
  • Optimize campaigns for key performance indicators (KPIs) suh as Return on Ad Spend (ROAS), Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV).
  • Conduct A / B testing on ad creatives, copy, and audience segments to identify the most effective combinations.
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently to maximize ROI.

  • Conversion Tracking & Analytics
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking using Google Tag Manager (GTM) and GA4, ensuring accurate measurement of campaign performance.
  • Implement enhanced e-commerce tracking and server-side tracking solutions to capture comprehensive user interactions.
  • Analyze campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare detailed reports with insights and recommendations for optimization.

  • Google Merchant Center & Feed Management
  • Manage and optimize product feeds within Google Merchant Center, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product information for Shopping campaigns.
  • Resolve feed issues and collaborate with relevant teams to address errors and improve feed quality.
  • Stay informed about best practices for feed optimization to enhance campaign performance.
  • Video Asset Integration
  • Develop and integrate video assets within Google Ads campaigns, including YouTube Ads and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce engaging video content that aligns with campaign objectives.
  • Utilize Google's video ad formats effectively to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
  • Platform Knowledge & Continuous Learning
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, updates, and best practices across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and related platforms.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to adapt to the evolving digital marketing landscape.
  • Share knowledge and insights with the broader marketing team to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Requirements

    Experience :

  • Minimum of 3–5 years of hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads platforms within the e-commerce sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding KPIs in paid media campaigns.
  • Experience with conversion tracking setup, including GA4, GTM, and enhanced e-commerce tracking.
  • Familiarity with Google Merchant Center and product feed optimization.
  • Skills :

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Proficiency in using advertising and analytics tools, including Google Ads Editor, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and Microsoft Advertising platform.
  • Excellent understanding of video advertising formats and integration within Google Ads.
  • Creative thinking with the ability to develop compelling ad creatives and messaging.
  • Exceptional verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to speak clearly and concisely. Must be confident in directly engaging with clients on Zoom calls (camera on) alongside our team.
  • Education :

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
  • Relevant certifications in digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads Certification, Microsoft Advertising Certification) are a plus.
  • Preferred Qualifications :

  • Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment or managing multiple e-commerce client accounts.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or BigCommerce.
  • Understanding of customer journey mapping and sales funnel optimization.
  • Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to team development.
