Responsibilities

• Sales and Diversification : Develop and execute strategies to diversify GCash’s advertising revenue beyond gaming, targeting non-gaming industries such as retail, FMCG, e-commerce, and finance. Build tailored value propositions, drive revenue growth, and analyze market trends.
• Agency and Media Sales Relationships : Leverage relationships within the agency ecosystem to promote GCash’s Ad Tech solutions. Serve as the primary contact for media agencies, ensuring goal alignment and mutual value creation.
• Programmatic Advertising Growth : Lead expansion of programmatic advertising solutions among agencies and non-gaming clients. Collaborate with product teams, conduct training, and stay ahead of industry advancements.
• Portfolio Management : Oversee commercialization and scaling of Ad Tech and emerging products for non-gaming sectors. Develop go-to-market strategies for market penetration.
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting : Establish KPIs, track progress, and optimize strategies using analytics and client insights.
