Position Overview
The Digital Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing the company's digital marketing strategy to drive brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and support property sales. This role leads the planning, implementation, and optimization of digital campaigns across multiple platforms to align business objectives with the unique demands of the Philippine real estate market. The role also requires hands-on experience with digital marketing technologies and systems to enable data-driven strategies and campaign automation.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to support property launches, brand campaigns, and lead-generation efforts.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and buyer behavior to refine digital campaigns and maximize ROI.
Manage the company's digital marketing budget and allocate spend effectively across platforms.
Performance Marketing & Lead Generation
Plan, execute, and optimize paid digital campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook / Instagram Ads, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to drive qualified inquiries and conversions.
Collaborate with the Sales team to track lead quality, conversion rates, and campaign effectiveness.
Develop SEO and SEM strategies to increase organic search visibility and website traffic.
Content & Social Media Management
Oversee the creation of engaging digital content including property videos, virtual tours, social media posts, and blog articles.
Manage the company's social media channels, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement levels.
Partner with creative and PR teams to deliver integrated campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
Digital Marketing Systems & Analytics
Implement and manage digital marketing technologies such as CRM platforms, marketing automation tools, lead management systems, and analytics dashboards.
Integrate digital campaigns with CRM to ensure proper lead nurturing and tracking.
Monitor and analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and other marketing tools.
Prepare and present regular performance reports with insights and recommendations to senior management.
Implement A / B testing and data-driven optimization to improve campaign outcomes.
Team Leadership & Collaboration
Lead and mentor a team of digital marketing specialists, creatives, and third-party agencies.
Work closely with Sales, CRM, and Project Development teams to ensure digital strategies align with business goals.
Stay updated on digital marketing trends, real estate industry developments, and emerging platforms relevant to the Philippine market.
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in real estate, property development, or related industries with a tech-enabled marketing team
Strong knowledge of Philippine digital consumer behavior and real estate buyer journey.
Proven track record in managing performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO / SEM).
Hands-on experience with digital marketing systems and technologies (CRM, marketing automation, analytics, lead management platforms).
Proficiency in digital analytics tools (Google Analytics, Data Studio, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
Excellent communication, project management, and leadership skills.
Creative thinker with strong business acumen and results-driven mindset.
