Role Overview
The Power Apps Technical Delivery Manager is responsible for leading the end-to-end delivery of solutions built on the Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring alignment with business goals, technical standards, and project timelines. This role bridges the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, driving successful execution of complex projects involving Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and related technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Project Delivery & Management
Lead planning, execution, and delivery of Power Platform projects (Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate).
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
Monitor KPIs and implement risk mitigation strategies.
Technical Leadership
Oversee architecture and integration of Power Apps with Azure services, APIs, and external systems.
Ensure adherence to SDLC and DevOps practices including CI / CD pipelines.
Guide teams in implementing PowerApps Component Framework, AI Builder, and custom connectors.
Troubleshoot performance bottlenecks and ensure app scalability and security.
Stakeholder Engagement
Translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Communicate project status, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including product managers, developers, QA, and support.
Team Enablement
Mentor developers and analysts on Power Platform best practices.
Promote continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture.
Required Skills & Experience
Experience : 10+ years in technical delivery / project management; 7+ years in Power Platform development.

Dataverse
Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management
Liquid code, JavaScript, HTML / CSS
AI Builder integration
Tools : Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint
Methodologies : Agile / Scrum, SDLC, DevOps
Certifications (preferred) : Microsoft Certified : Power Platform Developer Associate
