Job Description :
- Collaborate with Global teams to implement and maintain Cartrack projects
- Document technical procedures, user manuals, and FAQs
- Provide technical support for any device-related matters or issue (device, fuel, firmware, and functionality issues raised by customers)
- Create price codes as part of the vehicle information capture process for new and existing customers
Conduct post-fitment checks for newly installed Cartrack products on customer vehicles to :
ensure standard procedures are adhered to by the fittersall the functions that the customer had subscribed to are working.Create post-fitment related incident reports and provide necessary recommendations as needed for customersContinuously update technical knowledge and skillsRequirements :
Minimum Diploma / Bachelor in Computer / Electronic Engineering / Telecommunication / Automotive Engineering or related disciplineEntry levels are welcome to applyProficient in written and spoken English to handle customer queriesMust have a pleasant personality with high levels of motivation and enthusiasmAbility to work independently and as part of a teamWillingness to work outside regular business hours as requiredWe’d love to hear from you, chat with you, and learn more about you!
