Position Summary :
The Junior Kitchen Manager supports the efficient and smooth operation of our kitchen, ensuring high standards of food quality, safety, and team performance. This role provides an excellent opportunity for growth within our kitchen management team.
Key Responsibilities :
Assist in managing daily kitchen operations, including staff scheduling and workflow coordination
Uphold food quality, safety, and sanitation standards consistently
Monitor inventory, assist in supply ordering, and reduce food wastage
Maintain kitchen cleanliness and compliance with health and safety regulations
Support staff training, development, and performance evaluation under the guidance of the Kitchen Manager
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Hotel & Restaurant Management, Culinary Arts, or related field
Minimum of 1-2 years supervisory experience in a kitchen environment
Strong knowledge of food preparation and safety standards
Demonstrated leadership abilities and excellent interpersonal skills
Pleasing personality, customer-focused, and ready to start immediately
