Branch Manager (Female Only)

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to lead and manage our branch operations. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, motivating the team, and ensuring excellent client service.

Responsibilities :

Manage overall branch / store operations

Lead the team to achieve sales and performance targets

Ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service

Handle decision-making and resolve customer concerns

Motivate, train, and supervise staff

Requirements :

Female candidate, graduate of a 4-year course (Medical or Business-related preferred)

Minimum 3 years of experience in Branch / Store Management (Retail, Hotel, Mall, Wellness, or Aesthetic industries)

At least 2–3 years solid supervisory or managerial experience

Highly organized, with strong leadership and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as a team player
