HR Compensation and Benefits Associate
JOB DESCRIPTION
Supports Human Resources Department through scheduling and conducting timekeeping orientation, benefit administration, maintaining records and information
JOB QUALIFICATION
At least 1 year of working experience specialized in Human Resources or equivalent is required for this position but Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply.
JOB SPECIFICIATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
Checking and Processing of Attendance / DTRs and Timekeeping Request of all employees.
Gathering, Encoding and Uploading of employees Manual Timekeeping Forms per cut off if needed. (Overtime, Change Work Schedule, Change Day Off etc.)
Administers semi-monthly payroll to ensure that employees are compensated properly.
Ensuring all payroll transactions are processed correct and efficient.
Handles inquiries or questions regarding Payroll discrepancies.
To prepare reports relevant to employee attendance.
Processing the Final Pay of all Separated Employees
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's / College Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management.
Can work with minimal supervision.
