Job descriptionProven experience as an Estimator in kitchen, joinery, cabinetry, or interior fit-out works . Strong knowledge of kitchen materials, finishes, hardware, and installation methods. Proficiency in estimation software (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam, AutoCAD, or similar). Excellent analytical, mathematical, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and deliver under deadlines. Attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset. Experience with international projects (residential / commercial kitchens). Familiarity with stone, tiles, and countertop estimating is a plus.
We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Kitchen Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in estimating for kitchen fit-outs, joinery, or related construction projects, with strong attention to accuracy and cost analysis.
Responsibilities :
- Review architectural drawings, specifications, and client requirements for kitchen projects.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, material take-offs, and cutting lists.
- Work with suppliers to gather and analyze pricing for materials and finishes.
- Provide detailed breakdowns of labor, materials, and timelines.
- Ensure estimates are delivered on time and aligned with project budgets.
- Coordinate with project managers, designers, and clients as needed.
