Estimator - Millwork / Joinery works (USA Experience Required)

We are seeking an experienced Millwork / Joinery Estimator with a proven background working on U.S.-based projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, reviewing project drawings, and collaborating with project managers to ensure competitive and profitable bids.

Key Responsibilities :

• Analyze architectural drawings, joinery / millwork specifications, and tender documents.
• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for millwork and joinery projects.
• Source and verify material, labor, and subcontractor costs.
• Work closely with project managers and design teams to ensure bids  meet client expectations and project requirements.
• Prepare bid proposals and ensure compliance with U.S. construction standards and codes.

Qualifications & Skills :

Minimum 7 years of experience as a Millwork / Joinery Estimator .

Direct experience with U.S. projects (mandatory).

Strong understanding of architectural woodworking, cabinetry, and  custom joinery.
