Head of Sales and Operation (Mobility Tech Start up)
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to lead our Philippine office as the Head of Sales and Operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing daily operations, and ensuring the overall success of the PH office.
This role requires a strategic thinker with strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record in sales and operational management.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Management : AI Powered On Demand Mobility Software Solution for both supply partners such as rental car & charter bus and demand partners corporate & travel agencies, etc.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Identify new market opportunities, build partnerships, and grow the client base.
- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients to ensure long‑term business success.
- Operations Management : On‑boarding and Technical Support.
- Oversee day‑to‑day operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with company standards.
- Manage budgets, resources, and personnel to optimize business performance.
- Implement processes and best practices to enhance operational excellence.
- Lead and motivate a high‑performing team, providing guidance, training, and support.
- Foster a collaborative and results‑oriented office culture.
- Represent the Philippine office in meetings with regional or global leadership.
- Market Analysis and Reporting.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Prepare regular reports on sales, operations, and financial performance for senior management.
Qualifications
Software technology related professional and academic experience.Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and operations of mobility services such as car rental and car charters.Fluent in English (mandatory); proficiency in Korean is highly preferred.Strong leadership, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage diverse teams.Compensation & Benefits
