We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) – Sales to drive growth in our healthcare SaaS solutions portfolio. The ideal candidate will have experience in selling SaaS platforms, a strong understanding of healthcare processes, and proven success in meeting sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the healthcare SaaS sector.
Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships with healthcare organizations, providers, and stakeholders.
Collaborate with the product and marketing teams to align solutions with client needs.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activity, and potential leads.
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and demos.
Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.

5-10 years selling healthcare SaaS or RCM services to US medical practices, labs, or hospitals Proven track record closing $15K-$100K+ annual contracts Active network of 50+ contacts in US healthcare Experience building or executing GTM strategies Can hunt when warm leads run out Excellent English (you'll be on calls with US customers daily)
