ROLE OVERVIEW
We are looking for an Executive Assistant to be part of our team.
He / She is responsible for providing administrative support to the COO for our US client.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
The Executive Assistant shall perform duties and responsibilities including, but not limited to the following :
Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
Coordinate and manage travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries.
Take accurate and detailed notes during meetings and follow up on action items.
Create and manage engaging content for LinkedIn posts.
Assist in the preparation and design of PowerPoint presentations.
Provide assistance during client visits and company events.
Manage COOs calendar and set up meetings.
Assist in arranging corporate events to take place outside of the workplace
Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
Uphold a strict level of confidentiality.
Provide other administrative support as needed.
REQUIREMENTS
At least 3 years and up of related work experience.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Excellent analytical and critical-thinking skills
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Good communication skills
Amenable to working on a night shift schedule.
Hybrid Set-up (Must be amenable to work onsite as needed) in our site 8th Floor Zeta Tower Bridgetowne, C-5 Quezon City.
