This role is for a highly organized and proactive administrative professional who will support the Corporate Planning department, specifically the Business Development and Data Analytics teams. The primary goal is to ensure all administrative tasks run smoothly, enabling the teams to focus on their core work and strategic objectives.
Core Responsibilities :
Administrative and Data Support : You'll be the go-to person for the Corporate Planning Manager and their teams. This includes providing administrative support, managing departmental files, and helping the data analytics team collect and organize data for reports and presentations.
Meeting and Communication Hub : You'll coordinate and schedule meetings, take detailed notes, and follow up on action items to keep projects moving forward. You'll also be the main point of contact, facilitating clear communication and information flow between teams and other departments.
Project Coordination : You'll assist with project timelines, track progress, and help prepare essential project documents and reports to ensure deadlines are met.
Process Improvement : You will look for ways to make administrative processes more efficient, from document management to meeting coordination, helping the department work smarter.
Key competencies :
at least 2 years of administrative experience, ideally in a corporate or planning-focused environment. You should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and excellent at multitasking. You must have strong communication skills and be a proactive problem-solver who can handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Required skills include :
Familiar with BALANCE SCORECARD
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with project management tools is a plus.
Familiarity with data analytics is a bonus.
