Candidate must be a graduate of a Bachelor's Degree in Financial Management, Hotel / Hospitality Management, Mass Communication / Communication Arts
Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply
With great academic credentials (e.g., Latin Honors)
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English (fluency in other languages is a plus)
Meticulous in numbers
Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office Suite
Strong interpersonal skills; able to coordinate with executives, hotel staff, and VIP guests with grace and professionalism
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Flexible, Adaptable, Reliable, and Solution-oriented
Must be amenable to work in MOA Complex, Pasay City (Mondays-Saturdays)
Job Description :
Reporting directly to the Department Director.
Provides executive support in a one-on-one working relationship.
Organizes and coordinates internal and external relations efforts.
The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations.
With strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities.
