Responsible for developing strategy for new & existing categories in line with company objectives. Plan and execution of NPDs in line with category portfolio strategy, formulation and execution of marketing plans.
Responsibilities
- Formulate / Improve business strategy for new & existing categories in line with category trends, competition actions, consumer insights
- Plan & execute new products development in line with category portfolio strategy
- Formulate and execute marketing plans for each category in line with annual business plans. This will include both ATL & BTL initiatives
- Develop Brand positioning for each of the brand and ensuring consistency of messaging across consumer engagement activities
