Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Planning
Develop and steward a comprehensive, multi-year marketing roadmap and annual operating plan that directly supports JRS Express's revenue goals and market share expansion targets.
Pioneer customer segmentation and value proposition development to ensure all service offerings meet distinct market needs, especially for B2B and high-volume e-commerce clients.
Accountable for the full marketing P&L , ensuring optimal resource allocation and maximum return on marketing investment (ROMI).
Brand & Communications Management
Elevate and strictly enforce brand governance across all touchpoints, ensuring consistency, trust, and alignment with JRS Express's core values and service reliability promise.
Direct and oversee all internal and external communication strategies, including crisis communications, public relations, and thought leadership initiatives to reinforce the brand's authority.
Performance Marketing & Digital Transformationb>
Lead the digital transformation of marketing, prioritizing a best-in-class user experience across the corporate website, customer portals, and mobile channels.
Drive performance marketing excellence across key digital channels (SEO / SEM, paid social, email automation) using advanced analytics to acquire and retain high-value customers cost-effectively.
Implement robust marketing automation and CRM strategies in close partnership with the IT department to enhance personalization and lifecycle marketing.
Market Intelligence & Innovation
Spearhead in-depth market intelligence gathering, competitive benchmarking, and continuous customer journey mapping to proactively identify emerging industry trends and white-space opportunities.
Translate complex market and customer data into actionable insights for the development of new service packages, pricing strategies, and route optimization inputs.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Alignment
Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous professional development.
Serve as a critical liaison between Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Customer Service teams to ensure seamless go-to-market execution and a unified customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills
Education
Required : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience
A minimum of 5-8 years of progressive, full-spectrum marketing experience , with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management role overseeing multiple functions and substantial budgets.
Mandatory : Proven experience within the logistics, cargo, freight forwarding, or a closely related service industry is essential. Experience managing marketing for a multi-branch or nationwide service network is a strong asset.
