Job Description

• Lead the shopper insights function, setting the strategic vision and ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Design and oversee innovative research programs, utilizing both quantitative and qualitative methodologies to uncover actionable insights into shopper behavior and market trends.
• Partner with senior leaders across marketing, sales, and category management to translate insights into impactful strategies that drive business growth.
• Manage and develop relationships with external research agencies, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, actionable insights.
• Act as a strategic advisor to stakeholders, influencing decision-making with compelling, data-driven narratives.
• Champion a culture of shopper-centricity across the organization while continuously enhancing insights capabilities through innovation and best practices.
