Recruitment Manager - Healthcare or AEC industry

Key Responsibilities :

• Develop and implement recruiting strategies to attract top talent.
• Manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
• Lead, mentor, and develop the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.

• Build and maintain a strong employer brand through recruitment marketing and candidate engagement.
• Develop relationships with universities, job boards, and industry networks to source candidates.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws and company policies.
• Optimize recruitment tools, including ATS and CRM systems, for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Monitor key recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and retention rates.
