This is a remote position.
Overview : We are seeking an experienced Senior Recruitment Officer to join our growing offshore-team. The ideal candidate will have a background in accounting and finance recruitment, strong administrative and operational coordination skills, and experience supporting Australian clients. You’ll be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process using Zoho Recruit, sourcing high-matching candidates, and maintaining excellent communication with internal stakeholders and clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
- Work closely with Australian clients to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Utilize Zoho Recruit for candidate management, job postings, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate and timely recruitment records and reports.
- Coordinate with internal operations and HR teams for onboarding and compliance.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for accounting, finance, and operations roles.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment and administrative processes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, or related field (or equivalent experience)Minimum 3 years’ experience in recruitment, preferably in a BPO or shared services environment.Experience with Zoho Recruit is required .Experience working with Australian clients is preferred .Proven experience hiring for accounting and finance roles.Strong administrative and coordination skills.Excellent English communication skills in both written and verbal.Strong attention to detail, time management, and client service mindset.Ability to work independently from home with reliable internet and workspace setup.Benefits
