Responsibilities :
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to onboarding.
Source and screen candidates through various channels, including online platforms and networking.
Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates with job requirements.
Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs.
Maintain a database of qualified candidates for future openings.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or related field.
At least 2 years of experience as a Recruitment Officer, preferably in the e-commerce industry.
Strong sourcing skills and knowledge of recruitment tools / platforms.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
