Marketing Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and data-driven Marketing Lead to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive measurable business growth. The role will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid media campaigns across multiple channels, including search, display, social, and affiliate marketing. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical capabilities with creativity and strategic thinking to maximize ROI, increase customer acquisition, and improve retention.

Job Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize performance marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
• Manage paid media budgets, ensuring efficient allocation and cost optimization to achieve ROI and KPI targets.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging ad copy, visuals, and landing pages tailored to target audiences.
• Work closely with sales, product, and analytics teams to align marketing campaigns with business objectives.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and platform representatives.
• Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to maintain a competitive advantage.
