Responsible for managing the design, development, and execution of marketing materials that support brand and sales initiatives. This role ensures that all collateral—digital and print—reflects the company’s visual identity, messaging, and strategic objectives. Work closely with internal teams (sales, product, and creative) and external vendors to deliver high-quality, on-brand materials that drive engagement and conversion.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Collateral Management
- Develop, produce, and maintain marketing collaterals such as brochures, flyers, product sheets, pitch decks, sales kits, banners, and event materials.
- Oversee copywriting, design, and layout to ensure brand consistency and alignment with campaign goals.
- Manage updates and revisions of existing collateral to reflect product or service changes.
- Brand & Creative Oversight
- Ensure all materials follow brand guidelines, tone, and visual identity.
- Collaborate with the creative and design team to conceptualize new collateral for campaigns, events, and digital marketing.
- Project Coordination
- Work with cross-functional teams (sales, digital, events, product) to understand requirements and deliver collateral on time.
- Performance & Optimization
- Track usage and effectiveness of marketing collateral; recommend improvements based on data and feedback.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field .At least 3–5 years of experience in marketing communications, brand management, or creative production.Strong understanding of marketing collateral design, print production, and digital asset management .Excellent project management and organizational skills.Proficient in tools like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or FigmaExceptional written and verbal communication skills (English and Filipino).Job Type : Full-time
