Deduction Analyst

Schedule : Night Shift (10PM – 7AM PHT)

Type : Full-time

QUALIFICATIONS :

Associate’s Degree or 2–3 years related experience (Accounting / Finance preferred)

At least 2 years of experience as a Deduction Analyst

Hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), and Revenue Recognition

Experience handling chargebacks and disputes

Proficient in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and email communication

Experience using ERP systems; NetSuite preferred but not required

RESPONSIBILITIES :

Investigate and resolve customer deductions

Validate claims using invoices, POs, PODs, contracts, and retailer portal data

Collaborate with Sales, Trade Marketing, and AR to ensure trade promotion accuracy

Track invalid claims, negotiate recoveries, and maintain clean deduction aging

Generate weekly reports for Sales Managers
