Key Responsibilities
Accurately record bills and invoices in Xero .
Monitor and manage the Accounts and Commissions inbox daily.
Action and complete assigned tasks in HubSpot .
Set up and review commission groups in Salestrekker .
Respond promptly and professionally to broker queries.
Prepare invoices for brokers for third-party services.
Requirements
Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
Tertiary qualifications in Business or a related field (required).
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Proven ability to manage and prioritise multiple tasks.
Collaborative and proactive team player.
