Job Description
This is a remote position.
Schedule : 40 hours per week
Monday through Friday 9 : 00am ET - 1 : 00pm ET preferred but flexible
Client Time zone : Eastern Time Zone
Responsibilities :
Set up, manage, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads
Manage paid social campaigns, primarily on LinkedIn, with occasional Meta involvement
Implement tracking via Google Tag Manager and configure events in GA4
Connect ad platforms with HubSpot and support reporting efforts within the CRM
Collaborate closely with the Head of Paid Media for campaign direction and execution plans
Ensure campaigns align with client goals, budgets, and timelines
Support analytics and performance reviews of active campaigns
Participate in regular check-ins with account managers and cross-functional teams as needed
Requirements
Requirements : Must-Have Experience & Skills
Solid hands-on experience in PPC campaign management, specifically in B2B environments
Proficiency in Google Ads, GA4, Google Tag Manager, and HubSpot
Solid understanding of B2B marketing dynamics and buyer journeys
Able to follow strategic direction and manage the tactical execution of campaigns effectively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Nice-to-Have
Experience managing LinkedIn Ads campaigns, especially for B2B. Familiarity with Meta Ads is a plus
Familiarity with programmatic platforms such as StackAdapt
Basic copywriting skills for PPC ads
Strategic thinking and the ability to provide campaign insights and improvement ideas
Experience in fast-paced agency environments and working with multiple clients simultaneously
