Remote Marketing & Administrative Assistant
Employment Term & Schedule : Full Time , Monday to Friday
Dayshift 8 : 30AM to 5 : 30PM AEST

Directly Reporting to : Marketing Head & Business Development Manager
VA RATE : $ 8AUD per hour
Overall position objective
To provide administrative and marketing support to the team so that they may achieve their objectives in an effective and efficient manner, and to ensure excellent client and customer management is provided throughout.
Key Responsbilibities
Prospecting
- Data mining as assigned utilizing available tools - E.g CoreLogic, White Pages, Infobel, etc.
- Commercial Real Estate / Migration Agency Specific Forms
- Review legal compliance of forms and ensure all required areas are appropriately filled in and signed by the agent and client / s.
CRM Management
Learn the software using online tutorials and maximize the functionality of the CRM for the business.Populate contact details – to be providedUpdate listingsCommunicate to databaseMarketing
Prepare marketing submissions using the template providedPrepare marketing budgets and communicate via email to suppliers to obtain a pricing. Michelle to provide a full list of suppliers’ email addresses,etc.Creation of Information Memorandums, Brochures, and layout of e-mailoutsManage social media accounts and deploy social media postsSocial media management
Proficient in communication and confident in making outbound calls and recieving calls.General administrative and marketing tasks.Organise specific requestsManage inbox
Creation of Marketing documents such as but not limited to : InformationMemorandums, Brochures, Social Media Posts and etc.

Experience
Minimum 1 to 3 years experience in marketing and administration roles ideallysupporting within western environments (Australian, New Zealand, American orEuropean), ideally supporting a sales or marketing team.
Advanced written and verbal communication skillsExcellent attention to detail in producing high-quality documentsUnderstanding urgency and managing multiple tasks that have strict deadlinesSkills
Must be savvy on social media and manage the content plan and even write somecontent.
Fastidious on quality and meticulous attention to detail in producing high-quality documents.Exceptional English-speaking skills.Intermediate to advanced knowledge in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel & PowerPoint) and experience in Google Slides, Docs, Presentation, Canva, Adobe SuiteBasic knowledge of graphic designEducation
