This is a remote position.

Schedule :

  • 35 hours per week; UK business hours alignment for optimal prospect contact.
  • Flexible scheduling within UK business hours : Mondays to Fridays, 8 : 30 am to 5 : 00pm GMT

They work with senior executives and decision-makers across various industries, focusing on meaningful conversations that lead to life-changing wellness solutions. The company receives consistent monthly lead flow but needs dedicated expertise to maximize conversion opportunities.

Job Description :

You’ll be the vital connection between interested prospects and life-changing wellness solutions. This isn’t cold calling – you’ll be reaching out to warm leads who already know the company through free events, webinars, or online engagement. Your role is crucial in the early sales process, turning interest into booked appointments with the sales team. You’ll work with senior business professionals in a B2B environment, requiring authentic conversation skills and the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone.

Responsibilities :

  • Make outbound calls to marketing leads from different sources, including free events, profession map audit, and those already on our CRM with the end goal of booking appointments for our sales team
  • Nurturing wellbeing lead training attendees to uncover new opportunities (TLC calls)
  • Cleaning, preparing and updating data call sheets
  • Updating the CRM system with any converted leads and setting follow up tasks
  • Monitoring the company mailbox for enquiries and responding where appropriate
  • Maintain discipline and consistency in daily calling activities
  • Engage in professional conversations with senior business executives
  • Potentially expand to cold calling in the future as the role develops
  • Using LinkedIn and other sources for data research purposes
  • Using LinkedIn and email to support outreach efforts
  • Weekly and monthly activity reports
  • Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in appointment setting or telemarketing
  • Previous experience working with UK, US, or Australian companies
  • Strong English communication skills with neutral or UK-friendly accent
  • B2B sales experience, particularly with senior-level executives
  • Ability to conduct natural, conversational interactions rather than scripted calls
  • Self-discipline and motivation for remote work environment
  • Understanding of sales processes and appointment booking strategies
  • Bonus if you’re comfortable with CRM systems and dialing software
  • It helps if you have wellness or health industry experience
