Location : Calamba, Laguna
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- At least 8-10 years of progressive HR experience , with strong exposure to labor union negotiations and handling.
- Preferably with experience in FMCG, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and best practices.
- Proven experience in handling unionized environments and CBA negotiations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Lead and manage all HR functions including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, training and development, and compliance.Handle labor union relations, including collective bargaining negotiations, dispute resolution, grievance handling, and union engagement.Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies across all HR operations.Provide guidance to management on employee relations issues and disciplinary actions.Monitor HR metrics, analyze trends, and recommend solutions to improve employee satisfaction and retention.Represent the company in labor-related government proceedings and inspections (DOLE, NLRC, etc.).Implement HR policies and programs in alignment with the company's strategic goals.Foster a positive work culture while managing employee concerns and promoting engagement.
