Agency Sales Head

The Agency Sales Head is primarily responsible for managing agency operations and governance, ensuring quality recruitment, and developing leaders nationwide to support agency growth strategies. Key responsibilities include :

• Driving activation and productivity within agencies, collaborating with assigned agency partners.
• Enabling agency leaders to drive activation and supporting leader development through business reviews.
• Partnering for quality recruitment, including business opportunity programs, and driving expansion with agency partners.
• Facilitating orientations and coaching agencies on understanding and maximizing the compensation scheme and career paths.
• Overseeing agency operations, such as team meetings, to communicate company policies, incentives, campaigns, and performance updates.
• Coaching agencies on leveraging HMO offerings for cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.
• Providing feedback to other teams based on observations and agency input.
• Performing additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
