Overview
As the Head of Sales at BYD Philippines, you will lead the national sales team in driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and achieving strategic objectives within the electric vehicle (EV) sector. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to meet national revenue targets and business goals.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a high-performing sales team, setting clear KPIs and providing ongoing coaching.
- Expand and optimize the dealership network to enhance BYD’s market presence and brand standards.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients, corporate accounts, and fleet customers.
- Monitor sales performance metrics, deliver actionable insights, and report to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with marketing, product development, and finance teams to align sales with organizational objectives.
- Promote BYD’s EV solutions to advance sustainable transportation in the Philippine market.
- Adapt strategies to market trends to maintain competitive advantage.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).Minimum 8 years of automotive sales experience, with 5 years in high-end brands.At least 3 years of proven sales team leadership experience.Demonstrated success in exceeding sales targets.Deep knowledge of the Philippine automotive market and customer dynamics.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Proficiency in CRM and sales analytics tools.Experience in EV or renewable energy sectors preferred.About The Team
