Overview
Position : Sales Director at Viventis Search Asia. A senior leadership role responsible for driving agency sales performance, recruiting top financial advisors, and building a high-performing sales team. This role combines strategic business development, team recruitment, and sales management to achieve aggressive growth targets while maintaining compliance and service excellence. You will lead the execution of sales plans, mentor leaders and agents, and ensure a strong recruitment pipeline to support sustainable expansion in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Leadership & Business Development : Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets; Oversee and manage the performance of Unit Managers and Financial Advisors under your agency; Drive activity-based performance metrics to ensure consistent sales productivity; Identify market opportunities and develop campaigns to expand the company’s footprint; Coordinate with corporate teams on product launches, promotions, and sales enablement initiatives.
- Recruitment & Talent Acquisition : Build and implement a recruitment strategy to attract high-caliber Financial Advisors and Unit Managers; Conduct sourcing activities through events, referrals, digital campaigns, and networking; Screen, interview, and onboard qualified candidates in accordance with company guidelines; Maintain a robust talent pipeline to ensure sustainable growth of the agency force; Promote the company’s value proposition to potential recruits and maintain strong employer branding.
- Training, Coaching & Performance Management : Mentor and develop agency leaders to enhance sales and leadership competencies; Ensure all new hires undergo required training and licensing in compliance with insurance regulations; Conduct regular performance reviews, provide feedback, and implement improvement plans; Foster a high-performance culture driven by accountability, recognition, and continuous learning.
- Compliance & Reporting : Ensure adherence to all company and Insurance Commission guidelines; Maintain accurate sales, recruitment, and activity reports for management review; Uphold ethical selling practices and promote customer-first values.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree is an advantage).Minimum of 7 years’ sales leadership experience in the insurance, financial services, or related industries.Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.Strong background in recruitment and team building.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to develop and motivate large teams in a high-performance environment.Licensed Life Insurance Agent (or willing to secure license within the first 3 months).#J-18808-Ljbffr
