At least 8 years in the BPO industry : 5 years or more experience as an Operations Manager is a PLUS Excellent English communication and multitasking skills Preferably with a background in Customer Service Appointment setting experience is a plus Willing to work graveyard and can start training immediately Has an existing home office setup with a conducive work environment Computer or laptop with specs of at least core i5 or higher / 7th gen or newer, or its AMD equivalent, 12 - 16GB RAM, functional camera, noise-canceling headset, and dual monitor A stable internet connection with at least 25 Mbps upload and download.
Back-up power / internet is a plus.
