Job descriptionBachelor's degree in MedTech, Nursing, or a related field. 2+ years of solid experience in inpatient medical record coding. Strong knowledge of CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding systems, as well as EMR / EHR platforms (Epic, Cerner, Meditech, 3M Encoder). AHIMA or AAPC coding certification (CCS, CPC, or COC) is required. Demonstrated expertise in coding productivity management, quality assurance, and performance improvement. Strong analytical and organizational skills with attention to accuracy and compliance. Proficiency in 3M coding software and related HIM applications. Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills with a focus on collaboration and mentorship. Willing to work mid or night shift, if needed. Can start immediately, if possible. Only shortlisted candidates will be contacted; updating / tailoring CV is highly recommended -
