The Order Expeditor I is responsible for tracking, monitoring, and following up with suppliers the product delivery in accordance with the terms and conditions of Craig International.
The incumbent is expected to generate weekly expediting reports, escalate overdue purchase orders (Pos) and maintain on-time delivery without exceptions.
Duties & Responsibilities :  Collaborates closely with respective accounts to fully understand and fulfill all customer requirements in accordance with the contract terms.
Manages the supplier-side purchase order (PO) process that involves ensuring confirmation of receipt, timely release, expediting, and coordinating deliveries to meet contractual deliveries with efficiency.
Handles all correspondence related to shipments, delivery, and material quality and quantity, and promptly reports any concerns to relevant parties to ensure orders meet the required specifications and timely address pressing concerns.
Meets the agreed quality assurance (QA) requirements to safeguard quality and standard of work.
Facilitates smooth PO delivery by maintaining effective communication with stakeholders to maintain strong relationship with the clients.
Escalates complex or unresolved issues, queries, or concerns to his / her immediate superior for swift resolution.
Achieves zero accidents to minimize operational costs.
Ensures compliance to company rules and regulations, which shall include but not limited to the Employee Code of Discipline, the policies on Quality Management System (QMS), Information Security Management System (ISMS), Environment Health & Safety (EHS), and Environmental Management System (EMS); Data Privacy Act (DPA); and other duties and responsibilities prescribed for all ADEC employees.
Ensures compliance of all Non-Conformity Corrective Action Preventive Action Concessions (NCAPACs) and all other audit findings within the prescribed period.
Reports security incidents and / or any identified security weaknesses.
Performs other tasks that may be assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements : Bachelors degree in economics, Business, Supply Chain Management or a related discipline Minimum of one (1) year of direct first-hand experience of expediting and / or managing the full order cycle from the moment a PO is placed through to final delivery. Powered by JazzHR
