Employee Engagement Manager

Landers Superstore is looking for a highly driven and strategic Employee Engagement Manager to lead initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, strengthen workplace culture, and promote organizational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement employee engagement strategies that promote collaboration, recognition, and continuous improvement across all departments.
• Design programs and activities that foster employee connection, motivation, and retention.
• Lead the administration and analysis of engagement surveys, translating results into actionable plans for improvement.
• Partner with HR, Operations, and leadership teams to ensure engagement initiatives support overall business objectives.
• Champion wellness, learning, and inclusion programs that strengthen Landers’ culture and core values.
• Monitor engagement metrics and prepare regular reports and insights for management review.
