Qualifications :
1. Must be four years college graduate or Bachelors Degree
2. Must have 1 to 2 years experience in procurement; with at least 1 year involving international / import transactions
3. Basic understanding of import procedures, customs documentation and INCOTERMS.
4. Good communication and negotiation skills
5. Can start immediately
Key Responsibilities :
1. Assist in sourcing and evaluating international suppliers based on price, quality and delivery terms
2. Support the preparation of purchase orders and follow up on approvals and supplier confirms.
3. Coordinate the preparation and collection of import documentation (Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List.)
4. Assist in monitoring supplier performance and maintaining supplier database
5. Ensure procurement activities follow company policies and international trade regulations.
6. Maintain accurate procurement records and filing systems for audits and reporting
7. Collaborate with finance and logistics teams to ensure smooth end to end procurement process.
